Hal ini terindikasi dari pertumbuhan IHPR (Index Harga Properti Residensial) triwulan IV &#8211; 2021 sebesar 1,19 persen year on year (yoy) yang lebih rendah dibandingkan 1,41 persen (yoy) pada triwulan III &#8211; 2021 maupun 1,49 persen (yoy) pada triwulan II &#8211; 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Perlambatan pertumbuhan \/ kenaikan harga properti residensial diperkirakan terjadi pada seluruh tipe rumah, yaitu tipe kecil, menengah, dan besar.<\/p>\n<p>Salah satu faktor yang diprediksi menyebabkan tertahannya pertumbuhan \/ kenaikan harga properti residensial pada triwulan IV &#8211; 2021 adalah perpanjangan masa berlakunya insentif Pajak Pertambahan Nilai Ditanggung Pemerintah (PPN DTP) atas properti hingga Desember 2021 melalui Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomer 103\/PMK.010\/2021 yang disambut baik oleh pengembang dalam industri properti dan masyarakat.
