Deputi Komisioner Pengawas Pasar Modal I Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Djustini Septiana mengatakan salah satu upaya perlindungan investor dari sisi regulator adalah e-IPO.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, sistem tersebut mampu meningkatan transparansi pembentukan harga pada penawaran umum dan memperluas basis investor di pasar perdana melalui e-IPO.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cE-IPO menghindari cornering atau harga yang tidak wajar,\u201d katanya Rabu (15\/12\/2021). Djustini menambahkan e-IPO juga ikut berkontribusi dalam menambah jumlah investor.<\/p>\n<p>OJK, lanjutnya, juga meningkatkan distribusi channeling produk investasi pasar modal dan memperluas jaringan pemasaran melalui perusahaan fintech. Djustini menambahkan pihaknya telah melakukan simplifikasi pembukaan rekening Efek dalam rangka mempermudah akses calon investor dan mendukung transaksi online<\/p>\n<p>Adapun dari sisi perlindungan, OJK juga memberikan notasi khusus terhadap perusahaan tercatat.
