Namun indeks Nikkei sepanjang tahun 2021 berhasil cetak rekor keuntungan tahunan sejak tahun 1989, setelah melewati\u00a0 pergerakan yang fluktuatif dan banyak peristiwa yang mempengaruhinya.<\/p>\n<p>Indeks Nikkei 225 naik 4,91% menjadi 28.792 dan indeks Topix\u00a0 naik 10,4% menjadi 1.992 pada tahun 2021, mencetak kenaikan tahunan selama 32 tahun.
