Sentimen investor saat itu tertekan setelah presiden Rusia Vladimir Putin mengakui kemerdekaan dua wilayah yang memisahkan diri di Ukraina timur dan kemudian memerintahkan pasukan untuk menyerang daerah tersebut. Kemudian AS dan Eropa menjatuhkan sanksi yang cukup berat kepada Rusia.<\/div>\n
