(Vibiznews – Index) – Keuntungan bursa saham Amerika tergerus oleh aksi profit taking investor pada perdagangan yang berakhir Kamis dinihari (24\/3\/2022). Semua indeks utama retreat dari posisi tertinggi 1 bulan lebih yang dicapai sesi sebelumnya dengan kerugian harian cukup signifikan.<\/p>\n

Indeks Dow Jones turun 448,96 poin atau 1,3 persen menjadi 34.358,50, indeks Nasdaq jatuh 186,21 poin atau 1,3 persen menjadi 13.922,60 dan indeks S&P 500 merosot 55,37 poin atau 1,2 persen menjadi 4.456,24.<\/p>\n

Tekanan profit taking di bursa Wall Street terjadi karena kekhawatiran akan lonjakan harga minyak mentah imbas konflik Ukraina yang terus berlangsung, Presiden Ukraina Zelenskyy menyerukan lebih banyak tekanan pada Rusia dari negara-negara Barat karena pembicaraan damai antara Moskow dan Kyiv gagal mencapai kemajuan.<\/p>\n

Dari laporan ekonomi yang mengcewakan juga membebani sentimen, dimana\u00a0 Departemen Perdagangan merilis laporan yang secara tak terduga menunjukkan penurunan berkelanjutan dalam penjualan rumah baru di bulan Februari.<\/p>\n

Secara sektoral, penurunan paling menonjol terjadi pada saham perumahan merespon laporan penjualan rumah baru dengan menghasilkan penurunan 3,2 persen oleh Philadelphia Housing Sector Index. Kemudian disusul oleh saham perbankan imbas kenaikan yield obligasi, dengan KBW Bank Index anjlok 2,8 persen setelah melonjak 2,3 persen pada Selasa. Kemudian disusul oleh saham<\/p>\n
