Perseroan ini menjadi perusahaan tercatat ke 16 di tahun 2022 yang mencatatkan sahamnya di BEI.<\/p>\n<p>Perseroan menawarkan kepada masyarakat sebanyak 517.681.200 lembar saham, setara dengan 4 persen dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh setelah IPO, dengan harga Rp580 per lembar sahamnya.<\/p>\n<p>Saham TLDN memperoleh respon yang positif dan permintaan yang tinggi dari para investor. Hal ini tercermin dari kelebihan permintaan pooling (oversubscribed) 16 kali.<\/p>\n<p>Direktur Utama PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk, Wishnu Wardhana, mengatakan dana yang diperoleh dari IPO ini sebesar Rp300.359.496.000. Dana hasil IPO sekitar 71% akan digunakan untuk belanja modal Perseroan yaitu akuisisi perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kelapa sawit dan sisanya sekitar 29% akan digunakan untuk penyetoran modal kepada Perusahaan Anak.<\/p>\n<p>Mengenal bisnis perseroan, PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk merupakan perusahaan agribisnis yang berfokus kepada pengelolaan perkebunan dan pabrik kelapa sawit berkelanjutan, serta energi terbarukan.
