(Vibiznews – Commodity) Harga Emas melemah pada hari Selasa tertekan penguatan dolar AS yang naik ke level tertinggi dua tahun sehingga melemahkan daya tarik emas batangan.<\/p>\n

Harga emas spot emas turun 0,85% pada $1,961,60 per ons, sementara harga emas berjangka AS tergelincir 1,04% menjadi $1,965,8.<\/p>\n

Emas naik ke $1.998,10 pada hari Senin, didukung oleh permintaan safe-haven, karena krisis Ukraina berlarut-larut dan kekhawatiran inflasi meningkat. Namun, logam kemudian menyerahkan sebagian besar kenaikan karena dolar dan imbal hasil Treasury 10-tahun AS menguat.<\/p>\n

Dolar menguat ke level tertinggi sejak April 2020 karena investor bersiap untuk beberapa kenaikan suku bunga setengah persentase poin dari Federal Reserve karena berusaha mengendalikan inflasi yang melonjak.<\/p>\n

Sementara emas batangan dianggap sebagai penyimpan nilai yang aman selama masa krisis politik dan ekonomi, serta lindung nilai terhadap inflasi, dolar yang lebih kuat membuat emas yang dihargakan dengan dolar AS lebih mahal bagi pemegang mata uang lainnya.<\/p>\n

Harga perak spot turun 1,62% menjadi $25,42 per ons, platinum turun 0,82% menjadi $1,002,07, dan paladium turun 2,82% menjadi $2,369,87.<\/p>\n
