(Vibiznews – Commodity) – Harga emas yang terpantau di perdagangan sesi Eropa hari Senin (16\/5\/2022) semakin murah hingga turun ke posisi terendah dalam 16 minggu dan melemah untuk\u00a0 3 sesi berturut-turut.\u00a0 Demikian untuk harga emas comex kontrak berjangka bulan Juni 2022 terpantau bergerak lebih rendah.<\/p>\n

Harga emas\u00a0 memperpanjang penurunan hingga di bawah $1.800 per troy ounce\u00a0 karena posisi\u00a0 dolar AS terus menguat hingga melemahkan permintaan untuk emas batangan yang dihargakan dalam dolar.<\/p>\n

Dolar AS menguat mendekati level tertinggi 20 tahun pekan lalu karena inflasi AS yang kuat memperkuat proyeksi untuk kenaikan suku bunga Federal Reserve yang agresif, dengan melemahnya prospek ekonomi global juga mendorong permintaan safe-haven untuk dolar AS.<\/p>\n

Bank sentral AS telah menaikkan suku bunga acuan\u00a0 sebesar 50 basis poin pada minggu pertama Mei dan pasar memperkirakan kenaikan yang setara pada masing-masing dari dua pertemuan Fed berikutnya pada bulan Juni dan Juli.<\/p>\n

Terpantau harga emas spot sedang turun 7,92 poin atau 0,45% ke kisaran US$1802,95 per troy ons dan harga emas comex untuk kontrak bulan Juni 2022 menguat 6,50 poin atau 0,33% ke kisaran US$18014,70 per troy ons.<\/p>\n

Secara teknikal harga emas spot berusaha naik ke posisi tertinggi awal sesi di 1817.41 dan jika tembus menuju pivot di 1886.37, baru setelah itu mendaki ke resisten kuat di 1827.07 – 1834.58.
