Kekuatan dolar bangkit sejalan dengan ekspektasi pasar kemungkinan sikap Federal Reserve yang semakin hawkish untuk menjaga inflasi tertinggi dalam beberapa dekade. Ketua Fed Jerome Powell mengatakan semalam bank sentral tidak akan ragu untuk terus menaikkan suku bunga sampai inflasi kembali ke target 2%.<\/p>\n

Sebelumnya dolar melemah oleh profit taking merespon rally bursa saham oleh tanda-tanda kemajuan dalam upaya China untuk mengendalikan wabah virus corona. Selain itu, bukti tumbuh bahwa bank sentral utama lainnya, terutama ECB dan Bank of England, akan dipaksa untuk bertindak lebih agresif untuk menjinakkan rekor inflasi.<\/p>\n

Terpantau indeks dolar yang menunjukkan kekuatan dolar AS terhadap banyak rival utamanya di pasar uang Eropa sedang bergerak naik mendekati posisi resisten kuatnya secara teknikal, kini indeks berada di kisaran 103,70 atau melemah 0,33%. Pergerakan selanjutnya masih berpotensi kuat terus hingga tembus resisten kuatnya di kisaran 103,96.<\/p>\n
