(Vibiznews – Economy) Australia kehilangan puluhan ribu pekerjaan pada bulan Juli 2022 bersamaan laporan penurunan tingkat pengangguran hari Kamis (18\/8).<\/p>\n

Tingkat pengangguran turun menjadi 3,4 persen dari 3,5 persen bulan Juni, turun 20.000 menjadi 473.900.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu pekerjaan secara tak terduga turun 40.900 menjadi 13,56 juta, merupakan penurunan tenaga kerja pertama dalam 9 bulan terakhir sesuai grafik dibawah.<\/p>\n

Sebelumnya ketenagakerjaan ini diperkirakan akan bertumbuh 250.000 setelah periode bulan sebelumnya 88400 tenaga kerja.<\/p>\n

Jebloknya tenaga kerja tersebut terjadi dengan pekerjaan penuh waktu turun 86.900 menjadi 9.409.400 sementara pekerjaan paruh waktu meningkat 46.000 menjadi 4.149.000.<\/p>\n

Namun sepanjang tahun hingga Juli, lapangan kerja naik 398.500 atau 3,0 persen.<\/p>\n

Tingkat setengah pengangguran turun tipis menjadi 6,0% dari 6,1%; sementara pemanfaatan yang kurang turun menjadi 9,4% dari 9,6%, level terendah sejak April 1982.<\/p>\n

Untuk jam kerja secara bulanan di semua pekerjaan turun menjadi 1,840 juta jam.<\/p>\n
