Termasuk di dalamnya Pertemuan Keempat Menteri Keuangan dan Gubernur Bank Sentral (<em>4th Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting<\/em>) negara G20. Yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 11-16 Oktober 2022 di Washington D.C. Amerika Serikat.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pertemuan tersebut menyoroti aktivitas perekonomian global yang mengalami perlambatan secara luas dan lebih tajam dibandingkan perkiraan, dengan tingkat inflasi yang tinggi. Outlook perekonomian dipengaruhi oleh krisis biaya hidup (<em>cost-of-living<\/em>), pengetatan kondisi sektor keuangan di sebagian besar kawasan, konflik Rusia dengan Ukraina. S erta dampak pandemi Covid-19 yang masih membebani.<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pada pertemuan tersebut, Gubernur Bank Indonesia, Perry Wajiyo menyampaikan bahwa tema Global Policy Agenda IMF: <em>Act Now, Act Together,<\/em> telah sejalan dan saling melengkapi dengan tema Presidensi G20 Indonesia tahun 2022 yakni untuk dapat pulih bersama dan pulih lebih kuat: <em>Recover Together, Recover Stronger.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Lebih lanjut, Gubernur Bank Indonesia, Perry Wajiyo menyampaikan tiga poin utama yang perlu menjadi perhatian.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pertama<\/strong>, tantangan global yang dihadapi saat ini tidak dapat direspons dengan hanya satu instrumen kebijakan. Sehingga perlu pengembangan kerangka <em>Integrated Policy Framework (IPF)<\/em> IMF bersama dengan kerangka <em>Macro-financial Stability Frameworks (MFSF)<\/em> BIS. Dalam hal ini, Indonesia telah melakukan implementasi bauran kebijakan moneter, fiskal, stabilitas nilai tukar, dan makroprudensial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kedua,<\/strong> pentingnya pengembangan digitalisasi keuangan. Bank Indonesia telah mengembangkan digitalisasi sistem pembayaran diantaranya kesepakatan <em>cross-border payment<\/em> antara Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapura, dan Filipina. Peluncuran <em>Quick Response (QR) Code<\/em>, dan <em>Bank Indonesia Fast Payment (BI-FAST).<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ketiga<\/strong>, pentingnya penguatan jaring pengaman keuangan global untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pembiayaan dalam rangka membantu negara yang membutuhkan melalui reformasi kuota di IMF.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">IMF menyampaikan beberapa rekomendasi respons kebijakan kepada negara anggota. Kebijakan moneter yang front loaded diperlukan untuk menjaga stabilitas harga dan menjangkar inflasi ke depan. Prioritas kebijakan fiskal untuk melindungi kelompok vulnerable melalui bantuan jangka pendek yang ditargetkan untuk mengurangi beban biaya hidup.<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dengan terbatasnya likuiditas di sektor keuangan, kebijakan makroprudensial perlu untuk menjaga terjadinya risiko sistemik. Perbaikan reformasi struktural agar meningkatkan produktivitas dan kapasitas ekonomi diperlukan untuk meringankan hambatan pasokan dan mendukung kebijakan moneter dalam mengatasi inflasi. Kebijakan untuk mempercepat transisi green energy akan bermanfaat untuk energy security dalam jangka panjang. Dan mengurangi biaya makroekonomi dari perubahan iklim.
