Hal ini dipicu oleh semakin tingginya harga bahan bakar minyak sehingga orang mulai mencari alternatif lain dalam transportasi.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) mengeluarkan sejumlah insentif untuk Program Percepatan Kendaraan Bermotor Listrik Berbasis Baterai (KBLBB), termasuk di bidang pasar modal.<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Direktur Humas OJK Darmansyah menjabarkan, insentif ini dikeluarkan untuk meningkatkan peranan Industri Jasa Keuangan dalam mendukung program KBLBB. Insentif ini berlaku baik untuk pembelian maupun pengembangan industri hulu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">OJK memberikan diskon pungutan atas biaya pernyataan pendaftaran <em>green<\/em> <em>bond<\/em> termasuk untuk pendanaan KBLBB menjadi sebesar 25% dari pungutan semula.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Hal ini direspons pula oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia, dengan turut memberikan diskon tarif biaya pencatatan tahunan green bond tersebut sebesar 50% dari tarif biaya pencatatan,&#8221; jelas Darmansyah, Rabu (30\/11).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selain itu, OJK juga menawarkan berbagai alternatif mekanisme pendanaan di pasar modal untuk mendorong pertumbuhan industri KBLBB. Misalnya, untuk pendanaan pendanaan Stasiun Pengisian Kendaraan Listrik Umum (SPKLU).<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pendanaannya antara lain melalui Layanan Urun Dana Berbasis Teknologi Informasi. Hal ini diatur dalam POJK No. 57\/POJK.04\/2020 tentang Penawaran Efek Melalui Layanan Urun Dana Berbasis Teknologi Informasi.<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Terkait dengan KLBB ini, industri di sektor IKNB yang mendapat insentif maupun inisiatif tersebut ialah industri pembiayaan dan industri asuransi. Dimana, kedua sektor inilah yang erat kaitannya dengan KBLBB.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Secara rinci, insentif untuk perusahaan pembiayaan yang pertama ialah pemberian relaksasi bobot risiko Aset Yang Disesuaikan. Yaitu menjadi 50% untuk penyaluran dana kepada nasabah dalam rangka produksi dan konsumsi KBLBB.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c Berlaku untuk pembiayaan yang dibukukan terhitung sejak 18 November 2022 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2023,\u201d rilis Direktur Humas OJK Darmansyah dalam keterangan resminya, Rabu (30\/11).<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dalam menerapkan kebijakan relaksasi tersebut, OJK meminta agar Lembaga Jasa Keuangan (LJK) tetap menerapkan prinsip kehati-hatian dan manajemen risiko yang baik.<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Insentif lainnya diatur dalam POJK 51\/2017 17 tentang Penerapan Keuangan Berkelanjutan bagi LJK, Emiten, dan Perusahaan Publik.
