Hal ini dilakukan untuk memperkuat hubungan bilateral kedua bank sentral.<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kesepakatan tersebut diwujudkan melalui penandatanganan Nota Kesepahaman oleh Gubernur BI, Perry Warjiyo, dan Gubernur BOL, Bounleua Sinxayvoravong, pada 2 Mei 2023. Diselenggarakan di Incheon, Korea Selatan di sela-sela Pertemuan Menteri Keuangan dan Gubernur Bank Sentral ASEAN+3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nota Kesepahaman ini menunjukkan komitmen BI dan BOL untuk memperkuat hubungan kerja sama antara kedua bank sentral. Khususnya melalui kerangka kerja sama yang lebih terstruktur dan sistematis untuk memfasilitasi kolaborasi berbagai inisiatif kerja sama di area kebanksentralan. Misalnya seperti kebijakan moneter, kebijakan makroprudensial, stabilitas keuangan, serta sistem pembayaran dan setelmen.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Implementasi kerja sama akan dilaksanakan melalui dialog kebijakan, pertukaran informasi, kerja sama teknis, komunikasi. Dan konsultasi mengenai pengawasan kerja sama, inovasi bersama, dan pengembangan kapasitas.<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gubernur Bank Indonesia menekankan bahwa penandatanganan Nota Kesepahaman ini menjadi langkah awal. Yang diperlukan untuk kolaborasi yang lebih solid bagi kedua bank sentral di masa depan. Hal ini juga sejalan dengan semangat Keketuaan Indonesia di ASEAN 2023 untuk meningkatkan inklusivitas dan konektivitas. Terutama di antara negara kawasan, sebagaimana tercermin pada Nota Kesepahaman tersebut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gubernur Bank Sentral Laos menyampaikan bahwa Nota Kesepahaman ini tidak hanya menandai tonggak penting dalam meningkatkan kerja sama yang komprehensif.
