Bervariasinya indeks saham utama di bursa saham Wall Street setelah keluarnya data <em>consumer confidence<\/em> AS telah membantu dollar AS mempertahankan posisinya dan menahan kenaikan pasangan matauang ini.<\/p>\n<p>Pasangan matauang EUR\/USD naik pada hari Selasa dengan pasar keuangan kembali dari liburan akhir minggu yang panjang. Sebelumnya dolar AS mempertahankan kekuatannya selama jam perdagangan sesi Asia yang membuat pasangan matauang ini turun ke 1.0671, level terendah dalam lebih dari dua bulan. Namun, pada jam perdagangan selanjutnya pada sesi Eropa, pasangan matauang ini berbalik arah dan diperdagangkan naik ke ketinggian harian di 1.0746 dengan mulai berkurangnya kekuatan dollar AS.<\/p>\n<p>Meningkatnya harapan bahwa AS akan bisa menghindar dari gagal bayar di tengah proposal untuk menunda batas hutang menekan turun dollar AS yang safe \u2013 haven.<\/p>\n<p>House Rules Committee AS diperkirakan akan mengadakan pemungutan suara mengenai undang-undang sebanyak 99 halaman dimana Presiden AS Joe Biden dan Jubir House Kevin McCarthy telah sepakat untuk menunda batas hutang AS.
