(Vibiznews \u2013 Index) \u2013 Ketiga indeks bursa Wall Street berada di zona negatif pada perdagangan yang berakhir Rabu dinihari (20\/6) usai libur Juneteenth sebelumnya.<\/p>\n

Aksi ambil untung sejak akhir pekan lalu terus berlanjut sebelum jelang penutupan sehingga pelemahan indeks terbatas. Dikarenakan harapan positif pasar menanti kesaksian Ketua Federal Reserve Jerome Powell di hadapan Kongres AS.<\/p>\n

Indeks Dow Jones turun\u00a0 0,7% menjadi 34.053,87, S&P 500 turun\u00a0 0,5% menjadi 4.388,71 dan Nasdaq turun\u00a0 0,2% menjadi 13.667,29.<\/p>\n

Pasar sedang mencari petunjuk tambahan tentang prospek suku bunga dari kesaksian Jerome Powell setelah Fed mengisyaratkan kenaikan suku bunga lebih lanjut minggu lalu.<\/p>\n

Dari laporan ekonomi dirilis data\u00a0 konstruksi perumahan baru di AS secara tak terduga meroket di bulan Mei,\u00a0 melonjak 21,7% di bulan Mei setelah jatuh 2,9%\u00a0 di bulan April.<\/p>\n

Laporan itu menunjukkan izin bangunan melonjak sebesar 5,2%\u00a0 di bulan Mei setelah merosot 1,4%\u00a0 di bulan April.<\/p>\n

Secara sektoral, pelemahan dipimpin oleh saham emas\u00a0 dengan menyeret Indeks NYSE Arca Gold Bugs turun 4,0 persen ke level penutupan terendah tiga bulan.<\/p>\n

Selanjutnya pelemahan di sektor energi dengan NYSE Arca Oil Index turun 2,2% dan
\nPhiladelphia Oil Service Index turun 1,4%.<\/p>\n

Saham teknologi juga seperti perangkat keras komputer, jaringan\u00a0 mengalami pelemahan yang signifikan.<\/p>\n
