Penjualan menurun di Selatan (-5,4%) dan Barat (-5,1%), tetap stabil di Midwest dan naik 2% di Timur Laut.<\/p>\n

Total inventaris rumah adalah 1,08 juta unit, identik dengan bulan Mei tetapi turun 13,6% dari tahun lalu .<\/p>\n
