(Vibiznews – Commodity) Harga Emas berakhir rendah, melanjutkan penurunannya untuk sesi keenam berturut-turut pada hari Senin hingga mencapai level terendah dalam tujuh bulan, tertekan penguatan dolar AS dan prospek suku bunga AS yang lebih tinggi.<\/p>\n

Emas di pasar spot berakhir turun 1,13% menjadi $1,828.24 per ons, terendah sejak 10 Maret.
\nEmas berjangka AS tergelincir 1% menjadi $1,847.2.<\/p>\n

Dolar AS naik 0,4%, membuat emas batangan kurang menarik bagi pemegang mata uang lainnya.<\/p>\n

Para pedagang memperkirakan kemungkinan 55% bahwa Federal Reserve akan mempertahankan suku bunga pada kisaran 5,25%-5,50% tahun ini, menurut alat FedWatch CME.<\/p>\n

Sejak berada di atas level $2.000 per ons pada awal Mei, harga emas telah anjlok lebih dari 11%, atau $230, tertekan oleh kenaikan tajam imbal hasil obligasi pemerintah AS, yang membuat emas yang tidak memberikan imbal hasil menjadi kurang menarik.<\/p>\n
