Sektor ini sekaligus memiliki <em>forward<\/em>-dan-<em>backward linkage<\/em> yang kuat ke sejumlah sektor, termasuk penyerapan lapangan kerja.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peran penting sektor properti ini menjadi alasan Bank Indonesia (BI) membuat Kebijakan Insentif Likuiditas Makroprudensial (KLM). Dan sektor properti didorong untuk mengimplementasikannya.<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hal ini disampaikan dalam acara Seminar Nasional KLM bertajuk \u201cKebijakan Insentif Likuiditas Makroprudensial: Insentif untuk Kredit\/Pembiayaan Sektor Perumahan&#8221;. Diselenggarakan BI pada hari Rabu (04\/10) di Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deputi Gubernur Senior BI, Destry Damayanti pada kesempatan tersebut menyampaikan, kinerja Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) menunjukkan tren peningkatan pertumbuhan. Peningkatan tersebut hingga lebih dari 10% (yoy) pada Agustus 2023, naik dibandingkan dengan akhir 2022 (8,17% yoy).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pangsa pasar terbesar Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR), berasal dari rumah tipe menengah (tipe 21-70), sementara untuk kontribusi terbesar pertumbuhan berasal dari rumah tipe &gt;70. Deputi Gubernur Senior Destry menambahkan, KPR merupakan kontributor tertinggi dari angka pertumbuhan tersebut, dengan generasi muda menjadi motor pertumbuhan kredit konsumsi. Yaitu tumbuh secara tahunan sebesar 17,18% (Agustus 2023), di tengah tren penurunan kredit konsumsi pada generasi lainnya.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dengan demikian dari sisi permintaan, terdapat peluang pembiayaan perumahan yang didorong oleh peningkatan permintaan KPR dari populasi Gen Z dan Milenial. Khususnya menyasar pada tipe rumah menengah dengan kisaran harga rumah kurang dari Rp500 juta. Ternyata hal ini juga selaras dengan hasil survei REI-IPW 2023.<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seminar KLM pada hari Rabu ini merupakan rangkaian seminar yang telah diselenggarakan sebelumnya bertajuk \u201cKebijakan Insentif Likuiditas Makroprudensial: Insentif untuk Kredit\/Pembiayaan Sektor Hilirisasi&#8221;,. Dan masih terdapat 2 rangkaian seminar berikutnya terkait kebijakan insentif likuiditas Makroprudensial yaitu di sektor pariwisata dan inklusif hijau.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beberapa isu yang dibahas dalam diskusi seminar KLM sektor perumahan diantaranya terkait kontribusi pembangunan perumahan bagi perekonomian. Juga pangsa pasar sektor perumahan, alternatif sumber pembiayaan, serta kebijakan stimulus fiskal yang ditempuh pemerintah untuk mendorong sektor perumahan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hadir sebagai narasumber seminar Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR), Asosiasi Pengembangan Perumahan dan Pemukiman Seluruh Indonesia (APERSI).
