Pemahaman bahwa service adalah melayani dan itu juga sebuah kehormatan, harus ditanamkan kepada seluruh jajaran karyawan.<\/p>\n<p>Tentu saja diperlukan strategi dan teknik apa saja yang harus dilakukan agar berdampak \u201cwow\u201d kepada pelanggan.
