(Vibiznews – Property) Harga rumah di AS meningkat pada bulan September 2023.<\/p>\n

Indeks harga rumah 20 kota yang dirilis S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller di AS naik 3,9% tahun-ke-tahun pada bulan September 2023, kenaikan terbesar sejak Desember 2022 dan menyusul kenaikan 2,1% yang direvisi turun pada bulan Agustus.<\/p>\n

Angka tersebut dibandingkan dengan perkiraan kenaikan sebesar 4%, karena kurangnya persediaan untuk dijual telah mendukung harga meskipun ada kenaikan suku bunga hipotek.<\/p>\n

Detroit melampaui Chicago, melaporkan kenaikan tertinggi dari tahun ke tahun di antara 20 kota dengan peningkatan 6,7%, diikuti oleh San Diego (6,5%) dan NY (6,3%).<\/p>\n

Kehadiran San Diego mematahkan cengkeraman Rust Belt baru-baru ini di posisi tiga teratas.<\/p>\n

Tiga dari 20 kota, Las Vegas, Phoenix dan Portland, Oregon, melaporkan harga yang lebih rendah dibandingkan tahun lalu. Las Vegas (-1.9%), Phoenix (-1.2%), dan Portland (-0.7%) mencatat penurunan terbesar.
