(Vibiznews – Economy & Business) Pesanan baru untuk barang tahan lama manufaktur di Amerika Serikat merosot sebesar 6,1% bulan ke bulan pada bulan Januari 2024, lebih besar dari ekspektasi pasar yang memperkirakan penurunan sebesar 4,5% dan menyusul penurunan sebesar 0,3% pada bulan Desember.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Angka ini merupakan penurunan bulanan paling besar pada pesanan barang tahan lama sejak April 2020, terutama didorong oleh peralatan transportasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pesanan peralatan transportasi mengalami penurunan sebesar 16,2% (vs -0,6% di bulan Desember), didorong oleh berkurangnya permintaan untuk pesawat dan suku cadang non-pertahanan (-58,9% vs 1%) serta kendaraan bermotor dan suku cadangnya (-0,4% vs 0,2%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pesanan juga turun untuk produk logam fabrikasi (-0,9% vs 0,2%), logam primer (-1,7% vs 0,5%), dan barang modal (-15% vs -1,4%).
Tidak termasuk transportasi, pesanan baru turun 0,3% (vs -0,1%).
Tidak termasuk pertahanan, pesanan baru turun 7,3% (vs 0,1%).
