{"id":563709,"date":"2024-03-15T16:55:00","date_gmt":"2024-03-15T09:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/?p=563709"},"modified":"2024-03-15T17:23:48","modified_gmt":"2024-03-15T10:23:48","slug":"hang-seng-semakin-melemah-imbas-kebijakan-terbaru-bank-sentral-tiongkok","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/index.php\/2024\/03\/15\/hang-seng-semakin-melemah-imbas-kebijakan-terbaru-bank-sentral-tiongkok\/","title":{"rendered":"Hang Seng Semakin Melemah Imbas Kebijakan Terbaru Bank Sentral Tiongkok"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>(Vibiznews \u2013 Indeks) \u2013 Pelemahan indeks saham bursa Hong Kong masuki 3 hari berturut pada perdagangan hari Jumat (15\/3\/2024) terbebani keputusan bank sentral Tiongkok (PBOC) yang tidak mengubah kebijakan suku bunga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indeks harian Hang Seng anjlok cukup signifikan dan semakin menjauhi posisi rekor tertinggi 2024 terseret oleh saham sektor teknologi, keuangan, dan konsumen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bank Rakyat Tiongkok (PBoC) mempertahankan suku bunga fasilitas pinjaman jangka menengah satu tahun tidak berubah di 2,5%, menghilangkan ekspektasi pelonggaran moneter lebih lanjut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hang Seng semakin tertekan setelah dirilis data penurunan harga rumah baru Tiongkok yang terbesar dalam 13 bulan pada bulan Februari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indeks Hang Seng turun 1,42% ke posisi 16,720.89., dan indeks saham Cina Enterprise (HSCE) turun 1,46% menjadi 5.820,50. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk indeks Hang Seng berjangka bulan Maret 2024 bergerak negatif dengan turun 1,49% di posisi 16720.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namun secara mingguan Hang Seng melonjak 2,04%, kenaikan pertama dalam 3 minggu terakhir didukung oleh harapan akan adanya perubahan kebijakan di AS tahun ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secara sektoral pelemahan Hang Seng disumbang oleh Indeks Real Estate anjlok 0,9%,  Indeks Properti Daratan Hang Seng<br>merosot 1,9% dan raksasa teknologi  HSTECH anjlok 1,5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saham kapital besar yang membebani seperti   Wuxi Biologics (-11.1%), Meituan (-4.2%), dan JD.Com (-3.3%).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Vibiznews \u2013 Indeks) \u2013 Pelemahan indeks saham bursa Hong Kong masuki 3 hari berturut pada perdagangan hari Jumat (15\/3\/2024) terbebani keputusan bank sentral Tiongkok (PBOC) yang tidak mengubah kebijakan suku bunga.
