{"id":564979,"date":"2024-04-20T16:13:11","date_gmt":"2024-04-20T09:13:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/?p=564979"},"modified":"2024-04-20T16:13:14","modified_gmt":"2024-04-20T09:13:14","slug":"pasar-terkoreksi-tajam-the-fed-yang-hawkish-dan-eskalasi-geopolitik-domestic-market-outlook-22-26-april-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/index.php\/2024\/04\/20\/pasar-terkoreksi-tajam-the-fed-yang-hawkish-dan-eskalasi-geopolitik-domestic-market-outlook-22-26-april-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Pasar Terkoreksi Tajam, the Fed yang Hawkish dan Eskalasi Geopolitik &#8212; Domestic Market Outlook, 22-26 April 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>(Vibiznews \u2013 Editor\u2019s Note) \u2013 Pasar investasi domestik pada minggu lalu diwarnai dengan sejumlah isyu, di antaranya: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pasar keuangan di minggu lewat ini berakhir dalam koreksi tajam, paska liburan panjang, dengan rupiah tertekan ke 4 tahun lebih terendahnya.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sentimen negatif panasnya geopolitik Timur Tengah turut menekan pasar, ditambah kemungkinan the Fed akan <em>hawkish<\/em> lebih lama.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Capital outflow<\/em> di pasar keuangan seminggu lalu deras sampai sekitar Rp21,5 triliun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moody&#8217;s kembali mempertahankan&nbsp;<em>Sovereign Credit Rating<\/em>&nbsp;RI pada peringkat&nbsp;Baa2<em>,&nbsp;<\/em>satu tingkat di atas&nbsp;<em>investment grade,&nbsp;<\/em>dengan&nbsp;<em>outlook<\/em>&nbsp;stabil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data ekonomi yang diperhatikan pasar pekan mendatang adalah rilis neraca perdagangan pada hari Senin, dan pengumuman BI Rate di hari Rabu nanti yang kemungkinannya bertahan di level 6%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Minggu berikutnya, isyu prospek ekonomi dalam dan luar negeri, akan kembali mewarnai pergerakan pasar. Berikut detail dari Vibiznews Domestic Market Review and Outlook<a> <\/a>22-26 April 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>===<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minggu yang baru lewat IHSG di pasar modal Indonesia terpantau berakhir melemah tajam paska libur panjang Lebaran, merosot ke level 4,5 bulan terendahnya di area <em>oversold<\/em>-nya, dipimpin koreksi sektor teknologi dan transportasi, serta terseret sentimen negatif regional oleh memanasnya perang Israel \u2013 Iran. Sementara itu, bursa kawasan Asia pada umumnya bias melemah.<a> <\/a>Secara mingguan IHSG ditutup melemah 2,74%, atau 199,565 poin, ke level 7.087,317. Untuk minggu berikutnya (22-26 April 2024), IHSG kemungkinan akan berupaya <em>rebound<\/em> karena sudah dalam di <em>oversold area<\/em>-nya,<a> <\/a>dengan mencermati sentimen bursa regional sepekan depan. Secara mingguan, IHSG berada antara resistance di level 7.299 dan 7.454. Sedangkan bila menemui tekanan jual di level ini, <em>support<\/em> ke level 7.022, dan bila tembus ke level 7.000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mata uang rupiah terhadap dollar AS pekan berlalu<a> <\/a>melemah tajam ke level 4 tahun lebih terendahnya, koreksi terburuk sejak pandemi lalu, ditekan sentimen negatif dari perang Israel \u2013 Iran, indikasi the Fed yang akan tetap <em>hawkish<\/em> lebih lama, serta oleh <em>capital<\/em><a><em> <\/em><\/a><em>outflow <\/em>deras sekitar Rp9,8 triliun di pasar SBN, sehingga rupiah secara mingguannya berakhir merosot 2,59% atau 410 poin ke level Rp 16.250. Sementara, dollar global tertahan di sekitar 5 bulan tertingginya. Kurs USD\/IDR pada minggu mendatang diperkirakan sempat terkoreksi namun masih <em>uptrend<\/em>, atau kemungkinan rupiah sempat <em>rebound<\/em> di <em>oversold<\/em>-nya namun masih <em>bearish<\/em>,<a> <\/a>dalam <em>range<\/em> antara resistance di level Rp16.290 dan Rp16.316, sementara support di level Rp16.050 dan Rp15.826.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Harga obligasi rupiah Pemerintah Indonesia jangka panjang 10 tahun terpantau turun secara mingguannya, terlihat dari pergerakan naik <em>yield<\/em><a><em> <\/em><\/a>obligasi dan berakhir ke 7,043% pada akhir pekan. Ini terjadi di tengah berlanjutnya aksi jual investor asing di SBN. Sementara <em>yields<\/em> US Treasury terpantau lanjut menanjak di minggu ketiganya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>===<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bank Indonesia melaporkan bahwa Utang Luar Negeri (ULN) Indonesia pada Februari 2024 tetap terkendali.&nbsp;Posisi ULN Indonesia pada &nbsp;&nbsp; Februari 2024 tercatat sebesar 407,3 miliar dolar AS, atau tumbuh 1,4% (yoy), meningkat dibandingkan dengan posisi bulan sebelumnya yang tumbuh 0,2% (yoy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peningkatan tersebut terutama bersumber dari sektor publik, baik pemerintah maupun bank sentral. Perkembangan posisi ULN juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor pelemahan mata uang dolar AS terhadap beberapa mata uang global, termasuk Rupiah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lembaga pemeringkat Moody&#8217;s kembali mempertahankan&nbsp;<em>Sovereign Credit Rating<\/em>&nbsp;Republik Indonesia pada peringkat&nbsp;Baa2<em>,&nbsp;<\/em>satu tingkat di atas&nbsp;<em>investment grade,&nbsp;<\/em>dengan&nbsp;<em>outlook<\/em>&nbsp;stabil pada 16 April 2024.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moody&#8217;s memandang afirmasi ini sejalan dengan hasil asesmen bahwa ketahanan ekonomi Indonesia tetap terjaga didukung oleh pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi dan stabil.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdasarkan data transaksi 16 \u2013 18 April 2024, nonresiden di pasar keuangan domestik tercatat jual neto Rp21,46 triliun terdiri dari jual neto Rp9,79 triliun di pasar SBN, jual neto Rp3,67 triliun di pasar saham, dan jual neto Rp8,00 triliun di Sekuritas Rupiah Bank Indonesia (SRBI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>===<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fluktuasi pasar investasi di tahun ini kelihatannya terus saja bergejolak (<em>volatile<\/em>), bahkan termasuk relatif tajam.
