(Vibiznews – Economy & Business) Departemen Tenaga Kerja AS pada hari Rabu menyatakan lowongan pekerjaan menurun lagi pada bulan Maret, turun ke penyesuaian musiman sebanyak 8,49 juta, level terendah sejak Februari 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Survei Pembukaan Pekerjaan dan Perputaran Tenaga Kerja menunjukkan lowongan pekerjaan turun lebih dari 1,1 juta dibandingkan tahun lalu, dan berada pada 1,3 lowongan untuk pekerja yang tersedia. Tingkat lowongan pekerjaan terhadap total angkatan kerja turun menjadi 5,1%, turun sebesar 0,2 poin persentase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selain itu, laporan tersebut mengindikasikan adanya penurunan perekrutan, pemutusan hubungan kerja, dan pengunduran diri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Angka ini dirilis dua hari menjelang laporan Non Farm Payrolls yang lebih diawasi ketat. Dalam beberapa bulan terakhir, ADP secara konsisten lebih rendah dari perhitungan Departemen Tenaga Kerja, meskipun angkanya hampir sama pada bulan Maret. Biro Statistik Tenaga Kerja di departemen tersebut melaporkan bahwa gaji swasta meningkat sebesar 232.000 pada bulan tersebut dibandingkan dengan ADP sebesar 208.000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
