Adapun rinciannya adalah Balikpapan sebesar 56,9%, Kutai Kartanegara sebesar 71,4%, Penajam Paser Utara 48,5%, dan Samarinda dengan 56,4% yang mencari properti di kawasan IKN.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Ketertarikan terhadap proyek IKN menjadi faktor signifikan menarik minat generasi muda dalam mencari properti di kawasan tersebut,&#8221; demikian penjelasan Rumah123 kepada media baru-baru ini (19\/07).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Faktor-faktor pendukung mengapa tren pasar properti di Kawasan IKN disukai para generasi muda, di antaranya:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Generasi muda umumnya selalu mengikuti perkembangan terkini serta ingin mengetahui lebih banyak tentang prospek dan perkembangan proyek besar seperti IKN.<\/li>\n<li>Mereka tertarik melihat banyaknya proyek yang akan dibangun di IKN dan masa depan prospek perkembangan kawasan tersebut.<\/li>\n<li>Mereka melihat IKN sebagai peluang investasi properti yang menjanjikan.<\/li>\n<li>Para peminat muda ini nampaknya mempunyai daya finansial yang cukup kuat untuk mencari celah investasi di wilayah baru dengan potensi pertumbuhan tinggi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adapun permintaan properti di kawasan IKN itu didominasi oleh rumah tapak dan tanah. Kabarnya juga ada sekitar enam developer terkemuka yang sudah siap untuk mengembangkan pembangunan properti dalam bentuk rumah tapak maupun apartemen di Kawasan IKN.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analis Vibiz Research Center melihat tren minat ini menunjukkan adanya segmen generasi muda, generasi Z, yang cukup melek investasi khususnya properti.
