{"id":585106,"date":"2025-08-12T15:18:39","date_gmt":"2025-08-12T08:18:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/?p=585106"},"modified":"2025-08-12T17:05:10","modified_gmt":"2025-08-12T10:05:10","slug":"kospi-12-agustus-dilemahkan-prospek-pertumbuhan-korea-selatan-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vibiznews.com\/index.php\/2025\/08\/12\/kospi-12-agustus-dilemahkan-prospek-pertumbuhan-korea-selatan-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Kospi 12 Agustus Dilemahkan Prospek Pertumbuhan Korea Selatan 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(Vibiznews \u2013 Indeks) \u2013 Bursa saham Korea Selatan mundur melemah untuk sesi ketiga berturut-turut pada perdagangan hari Selasa (12\/8\/2025) di tengah ekspektasi kontraksi sektor konstruksi sepanjang tahun 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Indeks harian Kospi turun ke posisi terendah dalam sepekan\u00a0 lebih dengan\u00a0 343 saham menguat dan 547 yang dibebani tekanan saham barang konsumsi non-tahan lama, perdagangan ritel, dan manufaktur produsen.<\/p>\n<p>Sentimen Kospi dilemahkan setelah Korea Development Institute (KDI) mempertahankan prospek pertumbuhan ekonomi 2025 Korea Selatan\u00a0 di angka 0,8%, dengan alasan pelemahan yang terus berlanjut dalam investasi konstruksi.<\/p>\n<p>Sektor konstruksi diperkirakan akan mengalami kontraksi 8,1% secara tahunan (year-on-year) pada tahun 2025, penurunan yang lebih tajam dibandingkan penurunan 3,3% tahun lalu.<\/p>\n<p>Berita lainnya dilaporkan Presiden Korea Selatan Lee Jae-myung dan Presiden AS Donald Trump akan bertemu di Washington pada 25 Agustus untuk memperkuat hubungan bilateral dan kerja sama keamanan ekonomi.<\/p>\n<p>Diskusi diperkirakan akan berfokus pada mitigasi dampak perubahan kondisi perdagangan global akibat kebijakan tarif AS terhadap perekonomian Korea Selatan yang bergantung pada ekspor.<\/p>\n<p>Indeks harian Kospi turun\u00a0 0,53% dan ditutup pada level 3.189,91.
