Euro rebound dari level terendah satu tahun di 1.1104 yang disentuh pada 29 Oktober.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Penguatan mata uang Euro terdukung pelemahan dolar AS. Indeks dolar AS turun ke sekitar 101,8. Euro juga terbantu harga minyak yang kembali turun serta kemajuan pembicaraan di Timur Tengah, yang meredakan kekhawatiran inflasi energi di zona Euro. Selain itu, pelaku pasar melakukan penyesuaian posisi menjelang pemilu sela AS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Namun kenaikan Euro dibatasi oleh kekhawatiran mengenai masalah anggaran dan utang Prancis. Fitch merevisi prospek peringkat Prancis menjadi negatif setelah Moody&#8217;s mempertahankan peringkat dengan prospek negatif, sementara ekonomi Prancis menyusut 0,1% pada kuartal III.
